2009 IPMC Fundamentals

The 2009 IPMC Fundamentals workbook examines critical concepts of the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC). It provides a basis for the correct use of the code in inspections and a clear understanding and correct use of the requirements identified by these basic code provisions, tables and categorizations. It provides exercises allowing participants to apply the code in clear-cut situations, and helps to build their understanding of the intent of the code when asked to make code compliance decisions.
