Information About 2010 Property Maintenance Code of New York State
The 2010 Property Maintenance Code of New York State is a fully integrated custom code based on the 2006 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC). It provides requirements for continued use and maintenance of the property and structure, as well as plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems in existing residential and nonresidential structures.
