- Shipping & Delivery
Orders received during business hours are processed that day. Orders received after business hours, on a holiday or over a weekend are processed the next business day.
Unless other arrangements are made prior to it being placed, orders are sent either via Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground. Deliveries to a PO Box or to Canada are made via the USPS.
Though orders are typically delivered sooner, please allow 7-10 days for normal delivery or your order.
Shipment tracking information is made available via follow-up email message where possible. Registered customers can also retrieve this information from their accounts.
- Returns & Replacements
While we strive to make sure all of our customers are completely satisfied with everything they purchase from us, we know that is not always the case. If you would like to return something, please (i) drop us a quick note to let us know you are returning the product (include your name, your order number and the name of the product you are returning) and (ii) ship the product back to the shipper at the address included with your order. Once we receive the returned product, a check in the amount of the price of the returned product will be cut and mailed to the person / company / address indicated as the order's billing contact.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns of software that has been opened or of any products more than 30 days after they have been delivered.

Even though Contractor Resource is an online store, we are happy to accept orders placed via telephone or received via fax.
