The important and controlling parts of the Public Contract Code, Contractors License Law, Mechanics Lien Law, Stop Notice Law, bonding laws, bidding laws, Government Code, Streets and Highways Code, and other laws passed by the California Legislature and the United States Congress that control bidding, award and performance of public construction projects.
