NFPA 54: National Fuel Gas Code is a safety code that applies to the installation of fuel gas piping systems, appliances, equipment, and related accessories and is the most reliable source for general safety criteria for the installation and operation of fuel gas piping systems, appliances, equipment and related accessories. NFPA 54: National Fuel Gas Code, 2006 Edition contains important changes and improvements that increase fire protection and reduce the risk of explosions, including:
