Also includes Smart Material Estimator spreadsheet estimating software for Microsoft Excel.

Ultra Scale Master Pro is a digital area takeoff tool designed for residential and light commercial builders and contractors requiring area and volume take-offs. It can be used for estimating project materials and costs, and for measuring, storing and calculating perimeters, areas and volumes from architectural plans and other types of scaled drawings. Ultra Scale Master Pro can be used as a stand-alone portable area takeoff tool; it can be connected to a PC so measurement data can be used with spreadsheet and estimating programs, or it can be used with graphic digitizing programs that provide graphic 2D and 3D representation of digitized x, y coordinates.

Smart Takeoff! is a simple-to-use graphic digitizing program. It provides graphic representation of the digitized coordinates for the Ultra Scale Master Pro. It can be used to determine quantities of area, perimeter, length and vertical surface area for compiling construction cost estimates.  Digitized quantities can be transfered to virtually any Windows based programs, and graphic images (in DXF format) can be exported for use in other programs.
