Orders are typically processed and tendered to the delivering carrier within 48 hours of their receipt. However, we cannot always guarantee a specific ship-date.
Following are the delivery standards for the two (02) methods of shipping we offer...
Economy/Ground delivery orders are sent via USPS Media Mail or FedEx/UPS Ground and are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Deliveries to PO Boxes are made via the USPS Media Mail. Delivery charges are calculated as $0.99 + $5.00 for each item in an order.
Standard delivery orders are sent via USPS Priority or FedEx/UPS Ground and are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Deliveries to PO Boxes are made via the USPS Priority. Delivery charges are calculated as $7.99 + $8.00 for each item in an order.
Fixed-date deliveries can be arranged by contacting us in advance.
Orders with free shipping or flat-rate shipping associated with them are sent with the same standards as "Standard" shipping orders.
Claims for damage, shortages, omissions or mis-deliveries must be placed within three (03) business days of order delivery or original attempted delivery date.
Shipment tracking information is made available via follow-up email message where possible, typically the business day following the date of shipment. Registered customers can also retrieve this information from their accounts.
You may return most new, unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a cash refund or store credit. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns of:
- items not accompanied by a return authorization number
- used items
- items that have been removed from their factory shrinkwrapping
- software, CD's or DVD's or
- any product more than 30 days after it has been delivered.
