Though orders received during business hours are typically processed the same day they are received, it may take up to 48 hours after an order is placed to process, pack and ship an order. Orders received after business hours, on a holiday or over a weekend are generally processed the next business day. This time is added to the delivering carriers transit time to determine overall delivery time.
Economy/Ground delivery orders are sent via USPS Media Mail or FedEx/UPS Ground and are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Deliveries to PO Boxes are made via the USPS Media Mail. Delivery charges are calculated as $3.99 + $2.00 for each item in an order.
Standard delivery orders are sent via USPS Priority or FedEx/UPS Ground and are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Deliveries to PO Boxes are made via the USPS Priority. Delivery charges are calculated as $7.99 + $2.00 for each item in an order.
Expedited delivery orders are sent via USPS Priority or FedEx/UPS Ground and are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Delivery charges are calculated as $19.99 + $10.00 for each item in an order.
Orders received before 10:00 am are generally processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 10:00am are typically shipped the following business day. In some circumstances, orders received after 10:00 am can be shipped the same day but arrangements must be made in advance by contacting us at (888) 502-6191.

Claims for damage, shortages or omissions must be placed within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Shipment tracking information is made available via follow-up email message where possible, typically the business day following the date of shipment. Registered customers can also retrieve this information from their accounts.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a cash refund or store credit. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you purchased an item you would like to return as a "guest," please request a return authorization number through use of the Contact Us form available via link from the footer of each page on our web site.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns of:
- items not accompanied by a return authorization number
- used items
- items that have been removed from their factory shrinkwrapping
- software, CD's or DVD's or
- any product more than 15 days after it has been delivered.
In some circumstances, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the cost of the item may apply.
